What payment methods do you accept?

We make payment as convenient as possible for clients. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit cards.

What are your payment terms?

Generally, we collect payment after the job is complete when job cost is less than $1,000. For jobs over $1,000, we collect partial payment up front, then the remainder when the job is finished.

What about overruns on estimates?

We can’t always predict what is below the surface and sometimes we find things that require a change in course. Rest assured, we will regularly communicate with you to make sure you see any issue or exception that we see. We involve you in the process and solution. Any changes are discussed and have to meet your approval before we take action.

What is your service area?

We service a 60 mile radius of Starkville, Mississippi. This includes West Point, Columbus, Eupora, Louisville, Ackerman, Maben, and many other communities.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

We try our very best to have an estimate to you within 48 hours of your request.

Who will be coming by to give the estimate?

The owner, Michael Pepper, will meet with you to discuss your project and provide an estimate.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability (GL) insurance.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we give free estimates inside of our service area.
